October 2011 MeetingJo Williams Baa HumbugJo Williams visited the club in October to demonstrate her interpretation of Christmas with "Baa Humbug" which kept the audience amused throughout her demonstration. Using a combination of Aitumnal colours rather than the traditional red and green or White and Silver, Jo produced a number of displays around the things she most liked about Christmas and its simplicity
September 2011 MeetingCharlotte Gabb Mellow FruitfulnessWe welcomed Charlotte Gabb back to the club in September for an afternoon of Mellow Fruitfulness, using flowers, foliage and fruits associated with the Autumn. Charlotte kept the exhibits relatively easy to handle and ones that could be reproduced for the home, plus making a wreath for the Autumn or for later in the year at Christmas. As in previous visits, Charlotte kept her audience mesmorised by the speed in which she was able to produce each exhibit. Another wonderful afternoon /
