Knowle Flower Club
Welcome everyone to the page on this site for Knowle Flower Club
Members meet on the first Thursday of every month at 2.00 p.m.in Knowle Village Hall
and also hold practice classes once a month on a Thursday between 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m.
We are an extremely friendly bunch. Each month we hold a demonstration given by a Professional
NAFAS Demonstrator and also once a month a practice class given by NAFAS Demonstrators which
are extremely well supported.
Our members compete for several Club Trophies each year and our policy is to encourage
new blood into taking part in competitive work, either with other Clubs or at the Royal Show
or Area and National Competitions.
Our Sales Table is always very well supported by our members and we have an extensive library
of books to inspire.
Located 10 minutes from the National Exhibition Centre in the middle of the small village
of Knowle our members come from far a field, Leamington, Stratford and Coventry and after each
meeting we all have time for a cup of tea together.
We enjoy and hold Workshops while once or twice a year we all go out on outing to well known gardens.
We hold a member's lunch, a sandwich lunch and also later in the year, a Christmas Fair which is extremely
well supported by the local people of Knowle.
If you are tempted to join us, why not come along and see what we are about as a visitor -
Just give our Secretary a ring and we will be ready and waiting to greet you.
July Club Meeting
Lee Berrill and entitled ‘Into the light’
We were pleased to welcome Lee Berrill to the club again.
His demonstration entitled ‘Into the light’ was absolutely stunning and immaculately presented with beautiful flowers and foliage.
Many of the members commented afterwards on what a lovely demonstration it had been and how much they had enjoyed it.
We look forward to seeing Lee again in the near future.

Flower Festival
Knowle Flower Club presented a Flower Festival entitled ‘Deus Caritas Est’ (God is Love) at Saint Mary the Virgin, Church, Lapworth from Friday the 11th to Sunday the 13th of June.
The festival designer Pearl Frost, aided by the committee and members filled the church with wonderful range of arrangements. The colour theme was white and green with
a gold thread running through.
On the Saturday afternoon Pearl Frost and Rose-Marie Tree put on light hearted and beautifully presented demonstration entitled ‘Two’s Company’ which was enjoyed by
all present.
The event was very well attended and photographs of a few of the many superb arrangements are shown below.
